Coffee
Another Tornado warning in Savannah. It's ridiculously annoying. I wish the weather would just stay consistent. Rainy weather makes me so damn sleepy, how am I supposed to get any work done?!
Drinking coffee might help... but I'm not really in the mood. Hey! Why not watch some animation based on coffee! Eh?
This animation was one of the reasons I joined aniboom. And good thing too, I've stumbled upon many wonderful work since, which I'll post about slowly and eventually. But, in the mean time, take a gander at this surrealistic beauty. It's animated by Maria Avramova based off of some very interesting music by Mr. No Face which included the coffee sound effects.
EDIT: I forgot to mention that she animated this in Flash. Just goes to show you, you can stylize and make things into your own in any program.
This one is less clam and more... high strung. Ah, the other side of enjoying a cup of joe..Think you love coffee? Not as much as this guy. This cut out music video was directed by french animators Stephanie Marguerite and Emilie Tarascou for the band "Oldelaf and Mr Dm". It's entitled: "Le Cafe"
