Spit in the Ocean
I attempted this lovely morning to make two for myself and they actually came out pretty good, for me. The egg was just right but the bread was soggy.....Kate knows how to make it just right. Like the perfect crunch effect mixed with the sogginess of the egg. There was def. no crunch to mine. The texture kind of grossed me out. I was proud of myself for at least attempting it. I ate it anyway though. I just realized how much I miss Kate cooking for me. That was one of my favorite things. Not only the taste of the food but when she would come into her living room and present me with it with this big beautiful smile. She is such a little housewife.
