You ought to have gone into the booth with him and forced him to vote Green. That's what I do with ours. (Although I guess I'm not old enough to vote yet.)

It'd probs be easier to force him to vote lib dem [or even labour] than green, though, as he can be so ungreen! I mean, he drove us to the polling station, ftloc, it's only like a mile away! [Admittedly I didn't exactly take the opportunity to walk in protest...]
