ive decided to start a diet...and keep my records of it online:)
some tv show said that its better to post your records of your diet online...so then people know if u like didnt follow your rules that day or something XD
so my plan is...
- no fizzy drinks (not that i drink them anyway)
- no snacks...unhealthy snacks (chips, etc.)
- exercise
- drink a lot of water
- no icecream:(
- no crossing legs
- do massages...so my legs dont get fatter than they already are-.-
- sleep early (i wonder if that matters XD)
hopefully, this works...
