new plan!

 ive decided to start a diet...and keep my records of it online:)

some tv show said that its better to post your records of your diet online...so then people know if u like didnt follow your rules that day or something XD

so my plan is...
  • no fizzy drinks (not that i drink them anyway)
  • no snacks...unhealthy snacks (chips, etc.)
  • exercise
  • drink a lot of water
  • no icecream:(
  • no crossing legs
  • do massages...so my legs dont get fatter than they already are-.-
  • sleep early (i wonder if that matters XD)


hopefully, this works...

I NEED MY DAILY DOSE OF ARASHI DX *drops dead on floor*
