Save an hour

My friend work me up this morning at 9:30. I thought he is a little crazy because he said he was going to walk me up at 10:30. and he told me we have to change our time an hour forward. so It was about it.

I told my dad I want to transfer to UCO and he said NO!!!!!! hmmmmmmmm, how I suppose to do?
