This sounds a little demanding, so include the word 'please' in there a few times while you read it:
1. Leave me a comment saying, “Interview me.”
2. I will respond by asking you five questions. I get to pick the questions.
3. You will update your blog/site with the answers to the questions and leave the answers as comments on my blog.
4. You will include this explanation and an offer to interview someone else in the same post.
5. When others comment asking to be interviewed, you will ask them five questions.
I do want to warn you, though.... I'm a terrible question maker. Really. I'm better at being the interviewee, but... I'll do my best if you so desire.
Kristina interviewed me, asking me the following questions:
1. what kind of guy do you really want to marry and why?
2. What is your favorite movie you have ever seen and why?
3. what is your favorite time period in history?? Random question i know....
4. if you had a choice between seeing your favorite broadway show ever or taking a road trip w/ your best friends what would you choose and why?
5. what is the most awesome thing you have ever done?
My responses:
1. 1. I would like to marry a Christian who loves me less than Jesus but more than everyone else. I want him to be confident, funny, caring, creative, smart, encouraging, supportive, patient, and confident (yes... I put it twice. It's important.) It's got to be someone who would love me for all my quirks, not despite them, and who would be very forgiving for the many times I will mess things up. I would like to marry someone that wants to have a family, and would be a really, REALLY good dad. I want to marry someone that I will enjoy waking up next to (or at the very least not mind waking up next to) every day for the rest of my life. Or his. Depending on who dies first.
It also wouldn't hurt if he were devastatingly handsome, had some sort of accent, and a gorgeous back. : )
Oh... and I wouldn't mind having a husband who is ready and willing to pay for me. Meaning... he should have money out the wazoo.
2. I don't think that I can pick one movie. I love many, many movies. But maybe... Phantom of the Opera? Perhaps? Maybe not. I love many, many movies...
3. I think the 20's would be fun... or the glamorous 40's. But skip the 30's. Not enough food or money.
4. I have no friends. : ( But if I did I'd pick the road trip. Because I think I've already seen my favorite Broadway show. But... as I haven't seen every Broadway show, I can't say that it is for sure my favorite. Although it might depend on where we're going on the road trip...
5. Must I pick just one? I've done so many awesome things! Haha. To date, probably either being a nanny (how cool is it that someone trusts me that much with their kids? I am able to make such a huge impact on these kids. I love them all terribly...), or.... going to church? I teach special needs Sunday School sometimes, and that's pretty awesome.
There you have it. Me in five questions.
