It's been a while

What's been giong on with me? Well, I love my job. It's not as hard as I thought it was in the beginning and I get to hear all kinds of interesting gossip. I got my hair done and I like it, but I think it can be better :) I don't know though, I was so proud of myself for having natural untreated hair and now I have bleach in it :( I think I look better blonde though, I looked ill with dark hair because I don't really like to tan...which means I'm very pale! The only downside of my job....perverts. There is a former convicted pedophile that comes in pretty much every week to get a beard trim. And when he calls to make the appointment he has to take breaks because it sound like he is hacking up a lung and proceedes to say EVERY FUCKING TIME HE CALLS... him:"I really need a beard trim." Me:"I'm sorry sir everything is booked up" "Well then I guess I could do it myself but I really would rather Jessica or Terry do it. Maybe I can drink some coffee to get my blood flowing." I swear he tells me the same story every week. He is a EXTREMELY creepy man. When he comes in the shop everyone is just really quiet because nobody wants to deal with his piece of shit scum ass. If he isn't creepy enough I got a unexpected phone call the other day. The caller I.D said private name/private number and when I picked up the phone this guy was obviously masturbating and he said "oh yeah baby rub on my cock". I put the phone up to a guys ear that works there then the perv hung up. Ew. THEN last night the blinds were open so you could see inside from the parking lot...this nasty guy was driving by REALLY slow in this old long, beat up car, staring me down through the window...so I told a guy that works there and he went outside and the car drove away real fast. It's like pervert central around there! I don't understand either...this is an expensive and nice place, you would never expect that much perverted activity to go on. I guess it doesn't matter to a pervert. UGH

Anyway. So Me and Travis got to work at Voodoo fest! It was so cool. We got in for free and got press passes! That means we got to go back stage (didn't meet anyone interesting) and our job was soo easy! When we got there we had to check in the press and give them their passes. Then later we had to escort around camera crews to shoot footage and stuff. That was so fun! The crew Travis was with was filming people hanging themselves from hooks and stuff...I wish I could of seen it! We got to hang out in the press tent and drink all the Southern Comfort we wanted! haha SoCo was the sponser and they didn't check i.d in the press tent! It was so badass! And there was pretty much no security so we could smoke all we wanted wherever we wanted without having to worry about undercover cops or anything. Rage Against the Machine was awesome but I honestly expected a more intense preformance. It was still extremely badass though I would love to see it again! Sorry but the Smashing Pumpkins sucked, everyone was like booing them where I was standing lol! I love New Orleans I can't wait to go back! OOOh. Travis's dad was checking under the bed in our hotel room before we left and he found a small baggie, a bong, and a crack pipe! hahaah. I guess they didn't clean the place very well...which made me feel nasty after thinking about it....

It's almost Thanksgiving! I love this holiday because thats when the good food comes around! We usually go to Memphis every year but not this year which makes me so sad :( I think we're giong to Gulfport instead.

I finally decided to start at South in January. I was really stern on not wanting to go through 4 years of college but I changed my mind. In 4 years I will be 22 years young, so I won't be wasting time and I have a very flexable job that can work with a school schedual. Plus I'm beginning to realize how fast time really flys. Really though, I still want to learn. There is so much more I want to know. I'm not positive about a major yet. So if any of you have any advice for me let me know. I have no idea what classes to take or anything so I need all the advice I can get about starting college!

Hope everyone is doing great. Things have gotten so much better for me now that I don't sit at my house all the time. Thankfully, I was really going downhill.
