Benchmark Debtor Finance (see www.debtorfinance.com) is an established, independently owned provider of working capital to the SME sector. To ensure we continue to provide market leading service to our clients, we seek 3 individuals to provide service support from our West Perth offices, in the following areas.
Account Administrator
Working within a client service team, the primary role is efficient and accurate sales ledger management, entailing:
• Daily processing of client sales ledger information, posting of invoices, allocation of receipts.
• Establishing and maintaining excellent working relationships with clients and their customers.
Keyboard competency including accurate numerical data entry and the ability to work efficiently within a team are requirements for this position. Previous bookkeeping or accounts receivable experience would be an advantage in this role.
The position offers full time employment - 8.30am to 5.00pm, 5 days a week
Account Assistant
Working within a client service team, the primary role is the efficient and accurate daily input of client invoices and payment receipts into our sales ledger system. Keyboard competency including accurate numerical data entry and the ability to work efficiently within a team are the main skills required for this position
This position offers part-time employment with flexible school friendly hours - 9.30am to 2.30pm, 5 days a week and would suit a mature individual with experience in general office duties
Receptionist / Operations Assistant
First impressions count, as the first point of contact to our visitors and telephone callers, a smart appearance combined with a friendly and helpful manner are essential for this role. In addition other duties will include general office administrative support, accounts payable, postal duties, data entry and alike. Keyboard competency including accurate numerical data entry and more general organisation skills are the main requirements for this position.
The position offers full time employment - 8.30am to 5.00pm, 5 days a week

Prior industry experience is not necessary as these roles offer the potential to learn, develop and grow with a progressive, expanding and successful WA based national business. However a positive attitude and a commitment to service are vital qualities, since a keystone to our success is our ability and desire to deliver service in a manner that equals or exceeds our clients’ expectations.
