Summary: Kurt Just finds out He's Preggo
Word Count: 5,101
On November eleventh, 2011, Baby Hummel was born, two months early.
Noah Puckerman was able to be found looking through a glass window staring at the most gorgeous baby boy he ever saw, along with Mercedes and Carole. Finn was busy getting drinks for everyone, and Burt was in Kurt’s room waiting for him to wake up. Kurt had been in so much pain that he went unconscious and was rushed to the hospital.
Kurt was in distress and it was making the baby stressed that they had to do an emergency C-section on Kurt to get the baby out. Baby Hummel had actually died for one minute until Puck had touched him, when he suddenly drew in air and let out a loud wail. Everyone in the room let out relieved breaths.
“He’s so amazing! And he’s pretty big and healthy for a premature baby and what with what happened and all. Six pounds right on. And you Noah, seem to have a special touch.” Carole says, with tears rolling down her face.
“My nephew, I love him so much! I just want to hold him! And to know what Kurt is naming him. Knowing Kurt, it’s gonna be a mouthful of a name.” Mercedes was grinning so hard at the baby.
“Hey, I’m back, and Kurt’s awake and aware of things. Burt was talking to him, telling him what happened and they want to take the little guy to him now so Daddy can meet him.”
Everyone grinned and started heading to Kurt’s room to see the baby in person and hopefully hold him. Finn was texting Rachel to let her know that Kurt had the baby and would be allowed visitors tomorrow afternoon. When they got to Kurt’s room, they saw him in a half sitting, half laying position, talking to Burt, and he smiled when he saw them.
Mercedes went to give Kurt a hug and congratulated him.
The door opened again and a nurse came in with a baby in a hospital crib, she looked at Kurt, smiled at him as she gathered the bundle in her arms to hand him over to Kurt. Kurt held his son with tears in his eyes, he was so proud.
“My baby, you look so healthy! And I even have a name for you already. Welcome to the world, Carsten Alexander Hummel.”
Mercedes laughed as she said, “Told you it would be a mouthful. But I love it, it suits him!”

Two days later Kurt and Carsten were released from the hospital, but Kurt’s on strict orders to not bend, pick up anything over ten pounds, or stand for too long for about a week.
All of the Glee members have come to see Carsten and help Kurt in any way they possibly can. Rachel being Rachel had a baby shower planned for Kurt and they got a lot of clothes, toys, two strollers, a wagon, an exersaucer, blankets and a pacifier fro Brittany.
“Thanks guys, I Really appreciate all of this I can’t thank you enough. And no Rachel, I’m not singing.”
Rachel looked put out when Kurt told her he wasn’t singing. Around four, Carsten started making noise for food, so Puck went to the kitchen to prepare a bottle for him, while Carole was making dinner, and Burt was trying to figure out how to get rid of everyone without hurting their feelings but Kurt was getting too tired to entertain and Carsten was going to bawl soon. Luck for him, Artie got them all slowly leaving because he had to leave and soon Quinn, Tina, Mike and Sam followed. Santana, Brittany, Lauren left five minutes later, just as Puck came back with the bottle for Carsten and was helping Rachel Hold the baby and feed him.
Kurt was nodding off on the couch and Finn, Mercedes and Burt started to gather up the gifts and put them in a neater pile for Kurt to go through more thoroughly later. They all sat and watched television while Kurt and Carsten slept and dinner was cooking. Kurt’s head fell into Puck’s shoulder but he wasn’t complaining.
Half an hour later dinner was ready so everyone sat at the table.
“Thank you, Rachel, It was fun today, exhausting, but fun.”

“Oh you really think so, mister? Nice try, if you think daddy’s sharing his morning coffee, you’re nuts. There is no way to win this match, mister!” Kurt was talking to Carsten as he got out his sippy cup and some cereal, when someone was blocking his light from the window of the ‘Lima Bean’. Kurt looks up to see Blaine standing there.
“Uh, Hi there, Blaine.”
“Hey, Kurt, who is this little fellow?” Blaine waved to him then nodded at Carsten.
“This, is Carsten, he’s my son.” Blaine just started to blink rapidly.
“Wow, I missed a lot when I moved away from here. How old is he? And can I join you or are you waiting for someone?”
“He’s ten months old, and I am waiting for my boyfriend, but you can sit if you like.” Kurt looked at Carsten happily munching on his cereal, while Blaine sat down.
“So who is this boyfriend of yours? Is he going to be mad I’m sitting here?"
“Puck, and he might get a little jealous but he want do anything to you.”
“You’re dating Puck?! The guy that had a mohawk?” Blaine questioned, exasperated.
“The very same. But I know he loves me, for who I am, and He adores Carsten and that’s important to me."
“Good, you deserve happiness”
“Thank you, so do you.”
“I found my guy for me, His name is Joel Rickardson. Here’s a picture of us!” Blaine pulls out his phone to show Kurt the picture.
Carsten started squealing and bouncing in his stroller while clapping, looking to the door, where Puck was coming in.
“Hey little Stud, how are you?” Carsten started babbling to Puck as he pretended to understand what he was saying. When the “Conversation” died down with him, Puck turned to look between Kurt and Blaine.
“Noah, you remember Blaine? He’s back for I don’t know how long” Puck nodded with a frown on his face.
“Oh, I’m only here for three days, Joel wanted to see Lima & meet my parents then we’re going back to L.A.”
“Where is your boyfriend? Why isn’t he here?”
“He was talking to my parents and I wanted coffee, dad can’t have coffee so I came here to get some. But I have to run now, but it was nice seeing you both again!”
“Bye!”
“Bye Blaine”
“Bah Bah!” Kurt, Puck and Blaine chuckled at Carsten’s bye
“So, You ready to go to the park? I want to have a crawl race with the Mini Stud here.”
Walking out of the café, they got quite a few unhappy stares but they didn’t care. They were happy with each other, that’s all that mattered.
