Well I still can't change my address in the university's system. Nor could I get anywhere to fax a note yesterday. So today I tried again. Can't change my address but instead opted to send my transcript to an educational institution, named myself as the institution and my new address as the mailing address and I'll have a transcript next week. I just hope I don't ever need any more records from THAT university!!!!!
