La la la~~~! More things to do

...In movable-do (pronounced doh) solfège, that translates to the (major) 6th scale degree of a key -- but using the fixed-do solfège, that would generally translate to an A (usually 9 in the pitch class integer notation).

And for a minute there, I had read that as "things to doh" because of the lame pun.  Blah.

Current Repertoire:
* Bach     Partita No. 5 in G Major
          (Praeambulum, Allemande, Corrente, Sarabande, Tempo di Minuetta, Passepied, Gigue)
* Chopin     Etude, Op. 25, No. 12 (aka "Ocean Etude")
* Schubert    Moments musicaux, Op. 94, No. 4-6 (Heft 2)
* Rachmaninoff     Prelude in g minor, Op 23, No. 5
* Debussy     Etude....?  (still need to pick/learn/memorize one)
* Mozart    Concerto (either #20 or #23)
* Beethoven     Sonata (either Op. 109 or 110)
* TBA contemporary piece

(temporary repertoire -- only during September)
* Bach    Concerto in f minor, all 3 mvts
* Kabalevsky     Sonata No. 3, mvt 1

Other things:
Research paper(!)
Transcripts (that my previous school either didn't send, or my current school somehow misplaced... or the post office lost in transit)
Teacher's "guild" forms and fees  (and wow, are they expensive)

Sometimes I'm so busy, I have no idea what I'm going to do with my future.  During my few hours of "free time", I don't have the energy to think, let alone have hobbies.

My brain hurts.  It's pulsating in pitch.  Aaaaaaaargh!

music, piano, real life
