So, I have my first law test on Friday. I've been studying all weekend and I feel like I know the material, but than again, I don't want to be overconfident b/c I KNOW his questions are going to be all twisted and difficult to read. So how on earth do you study for something like that? I mean, all I can do is know those cases inside and out, know the terms from heart--not just know the definition, but how to apply the word in different concepts. I've read the chapters, in fact, I'm a nerd and I've read the chapters probably twice...after looking over all the material this weekend. Today, I'm going to just keep trucking along and see how deep I can get into with the cases. But there's only so much that I can do. I know I've got all week to study (Thank God), but Friday will be here before I know it. I can't believe I'm writing so much about this, but when it comes to me taking tests, I'm the worst at it. He says that it's only going to be true/false and multiple choice, but I have this feeling that he's going to put an essay question on there. Ahhhhh!
I watched the Emmy's last night and Ryan Seacrest sucked. As usual. I hate the man. Actually, he didn't seem to appear on stage on a lot, thank goodness. 30 Rock won best comedy (I think it should have been The Office) Well, my dreaded law class is next, so better run.
