Polite, fast response, and great in communication. Which is important for online purchase. Yasuhanabi willing to wait for my verification code as it was my first time making paypal account and held the books. The books package was nicely done and s/he even checked on me regularly since my package came late due to Xmas holiday, not that I'm worried since I always buy from eBay and yes, I never expect less than 2 weeks with customs and holidays and all! It's Yasuhanabi who's keep on checkin instead of me the buyer, makes me secure that I buy from the right person. I'm glad that I'm the first buyer Yasuhanabi ever sent stuffs to Indonesia! Woohooo~ the books travel thick and thin just to be with me ^^
