Hmm, since I sent my puter to get tidied up, I've had nothing but problems. I now have problems in Excel, I never have problems in excel, so please help if you can

The cowboys who cleaned up my puter (and I say that because they pretty much screwed up everything and I'm still finding problems) had set the Regional Settings on the Control Panel to US.
So, it actually had nothing to do with Excel.
Well, thats three hours of my life I won't see again.
