82 days till we get married! yay!
2 weeks till surgery... boo.
VOM conference was really good. we got a lot of information and videos and stuff, so i think we might do a mini-seminar sometime. i think a lot of american christians are completely unaware when it comes to the condition of the church worldwide. it's really humbling... when a person in china or vietnam decides to be a follower of Christ, they aren't just told the roman's road... they're told they are basically signing up for the opportunity to be tortured and/or killed. the missionaries noted that everywhere they went, those under heavy persecution never begged to be taken out of the country or to america... they begged them to tell america to pray for them. they want their country to know the life giving Savior, and that is more important than their temporary comfort. it is worth more than their very lives that their countrymen worship God.
