I have been intermittently weepy about the news all day. I don't think I had quite realized until today just how much his work has meant to me, how much it's shaped the way I think and feel about the world. But I've been reading Discworld since I was 10 or 11 years old, and Terry Pratchett has seen me through a lot of life lessons. I'm very sad today, but also so, so grateful. Thank you thank you thank you Sir Terry. Your words have been a gift beyond price to me.
