I JUST WANTED TOMATOES
There's this one person I used to work with that thinks that we're all buddy-buddy...well, she used to, but I haven't seen her in a long time. She was the one that talked about me behind my back and did a lot of other backstabbing around the office as well.
She lives about 5 minutes from me, and I guess we have smilar schedules, because I see her EVERYWHERE I go. And if I see her car in a parking lot where I was planning on going, I start my car up and leave. this is someone I do NOT want to have to smile and have a conversation with. It's bad enough that I don't even want to risk the remote chance that we'll run into each other.
Which was why I skipped picking up prescriptions a few weeks ago at Walmart when I noticed her car behind mine, and then this morning I parked at Safeway to get some tomatoes (damn Real Simple and their delicious looking recipes!), saw her car across from mine and her grabbing a basket inside, and I promptly started up my car and went home.
IT'S BECAUSE OF HER THAT I'M EATING EGG NOODLES WITH OVERCOOKED FREEZER BURNT SNOW PEAS IN A NASTY-ASS VINAGRETTE THAT I WAS STUPID ENOUGH TO MAKE MYSELF.
