walking down the street towards uni i see familiar faces from brisbane. we talk briefly about how fucking amazing this city is. the buildings. the weather. which i love apart from the coldness. every single day i fall more in love with this city. i don't think i'm coming back and if anything i think this city might still be too small... seriously contemplating pissing off to canada after this year... yes yes... i want bright lights and big cities... and then japan and teach there for awhile and then... ohhh... i'm going to live in europe for awhile, maybe before canada, and work for loreal or revlon and see dean and tia and all the kids over there... and i'm going to go to spain and learn to be a bull fighter and drink lots of tequila on the beach... and then... arghhh...
when you're in a high rise apartment in st kilda at night the lights from the city look like the rising sun... can't describe it enough. i can't put words to anything i have done or seen. it's not like anything i've experienced before. the art down here is abundant/spectacular and arghhh... the alleys and the lanes and the everything... must stop shopping. hahaha... i haven't been home from dancing in the city before 5am... fuck me... can't stop eating food i've never even heard of before... i had these things at the markets... oh so fucking good... some kind of meat i think...
blah anyway exam and that are coming up in a couple of weeks i'm sort of behind right now because of the move, i haven't set my computer up again yet... the uni labs are aircondition beyond cold i wearing a singlet, scarf, baseball shirt, army shirt, jacket and hoodie and i have goosebumps... i got the cutest new beanie... its pink and has pompoms. i love it.
garg. i am so mental. i don't know why i was so emo thinking about peter b all weekend. seriously it's not like i thought i was going to marry the boy or anything... hahaha... oh wait that's not funny either...
i'm off to go jump in a big pile of leaves.... crunch crunch... weee...
i wish you could see all the things i've seen.
i am gooey mush. this city is like being drugged. everyday still feels like a holiday.
28th to the 3rd is busy now too. ali is coming down woo hoo... yay.
ooh today i saw the biggest puddle of blood i've ever seen. i think someone got stabbed or shot near our train station last night and it looked sort of fresh because of the slight drizzle and it hadn't dried out... sort of scary. anyway i will probably find out when i get home... but i think i'll catch the tram... yes.
