Sore wa Yappari Kimi Deshita Lyrics

Oct 27, 2012 18:18

Beautiful, as always. Nino just has a way of telling us a story through a song that not many people can do so well. *edit* According to a recent interview with Nino, the girlfriend had in fact passed away in the song. The lyrics have been changed a little to reflect that.

I'll make it easy to understand. )

woah!
1. overlapping shadows - we have the same in Ohno's lyrics ♥

2. you are more beautiful than a rainbow - remember Niji:
Niji ga KIREI dayo.
Iya, omae no hou ga…

Thank you!!

Ahaha! It's actually a pretty common theme, to use shadows in the lyrics.

But I really like that he used "niji" again.

I read this with the shadows in other lyrics before and saw it use in films as well - it was just too cute to have it in both songs ♥

he actually used a small part out of 'niji' again ^^ : '...ano jikan ga kuukan ga, nakitakunaru kurai...'
--> i noticed this when i listened to it for the very first time, not paying attention to the lyrics. but this part just pierced out xP

Thank you!
But... I'm sorry... I thought it was "I make meals to you".

So was I wrong? It really is "You make meals to me"?

Sorry, I was rather sleepy when I went through it the first time and got stuck on the image of a girl cooking for the boy. Thanks for catching that!

Beautiful lyrics as always...

I somehow get the relationship has gone for so long, imagine jiichan and baachan looking back at how their relationship look like?

I think they've actually broken up and he's just realizing now how important she was to him. Since the title of the song is "Like I thought, it was you (the one that I loved)."

But if they had some rough patches and got back together, that would also make sense.

I see, defnitely we wouldn't know what's in nino's mind when he penned this song... interesting, can be interpreted in lots of ways hehehe
