I have just turned on every single light in my place...

...for I have just seen The Descent, fortunately not alone. That movie freaked me the fuck out. I saw the preview and thought the premise was a bit silly (people getting killed by monsters in caves), but FUCKING CHRIST, it was scary. Even more freaky than hannibal rising. I think now I am going to listen to loud music, eat ice cream, and not sleep.

Scary movies don't bother me, but I'm severely claustrophobic, and I downright refuse to see that film.

My boyfriend thinks that it would be fun to watch it, he follows the Michael Kelso theory that "horror movies turn on chicks faster than porno."

I don't find this theory funny. And I will never watch it.

I saw it with a couple of friends. I don't usually go for horror movies as I scare too easily, but I didn't really think it would be all that frightening. Furthermore I had seen hannibal rising not too long before, and that didn't frighten me (creeped me out, but not all that scary).

Although the one major lesson that movie taught me is if you find a cave out in the wilderness and there are some rusty abandoned cars near by, DO NOT FUCKING EXPLORE THAT CAVE. In fact, get away from the entrance as fast as possible.
