Due to too many hitches, delays and also due to me having several people claim to not get packages which I later found out they HAD in fact received, I will no longer be shipping to Canada unless you have an address I have confirmed delivery too before OR you are willing to pay the additional money for a package TRACKING number (rather than just a ( Read more... )

I just feel bad for the 99% of my Canadian customers who I am sure are totally honest. I will make exceptions and ship first class but I practically make them sign a waiver before I do it. LOL

I don't know what I'm going to do about it in the long run.

I just think it's ridiculous that stuff reaches AUSTRALIA in way less time and with much more consistancy than freakin' CANADA! We're ATTACHED for cripe's sake!

It's Canadian customs and Canadian post. It really is. THEY SUCK.

UPS will track through the border and is insured up to $100. It's kind of expensive at first, but as you add weight, the price doesn't go up that much.

Honestly, when I order from another country I *EXPECT* higher shipping costs. That's just the way things roll, ya know?
