an update of sorts
Long time, no see!! I apologize for my extended absence. I do still hope to finish both the Yarns and Vikings, but their hiatus is going to continue for at least a little whole longer. I *want* to want to play with and continue their stories, but right now other projects are calling me. First and foremost on my mind is the state of my main 'hood. I've been playing in the original Pleasantview neighborhood since I first got the game and it is home not only to my very large, complicated, and unpublished Watson family (now somewhere around 9-10 generations of extended families), but also to the Yarns. I have this fear of the neighborhood exploding and loosing the Yarns (and everyone else) completely, so I've been trying to coordinate a little retreat. What does that mean? It means that I've been visiting all the households, playing out whatever storylines I want to finish, and extracting/packaging sims I still really like. Three households remain for me to finish with in Pleasantview - the Watson heir house (at gen 9/10), our favorite Huckleberry, and the Yarn house (now at Yellow/Red).
The good news out of all of this is that there will be sims for you to download!! WIN!! I've extracted and packaged somewhere around 30 sims, all related to or attached to the Watson family in some way, and I will be sharing them with you here! They'll come in segments/family group chunks, some storied and some not, but look for them soon!! I might even get one of them up today ^.^
