The Yarns, Clementine part 11

Just a brief little update

Clem (and I) put off the resurrection a day to ponder our choice. And in that day ..



Peat got an A+



The garden withered into oblivion.



There was potty training.



And Epic face making.





and birthday avoiding!!



And Nate-Ghost spotting! (of course, he's cheering for his bed, lol)



With Scuba and Chandler grounded, Ash decides to make up for their absence.



(Oh, and Chestnut is a successful little Yarn :D, his mama would be proud)



See? I told you he was trying to make up for them!



Peat was so scared...



he grew up! XD



aww, he "rolled" family! I've always seen him as a pleasure sim, but after recent events it would make sense that his family became very important. ^^ And apparently he wants to be captian Hero when he grows up. (sorry babe, not gonna happen. And why do all my family sims recently want to be captain hero? I mean, sure, the old Captian Hero retired and then peacefully passed away from old age ... but now there is an overabundance of wannabe heros! Just how many Captian Heroes does one city need? But in any case, Peat is one wannabe who is not gonnabe, as per the awesomesauce Brown Gen rules.)

Clementine is SHOCKED! ... I don't remember what about. Perhaps about the SHOCKING resemblence between her husband and son. Or perhaps the disgusting state of their kitchen. Or MAYBE she saw a mammoth llama!!



Peat: Mammoth llama?? WHERE?!
Clementine: >.>



Now armed with poll results and personal opinions, Clementine approaches the genie once again.



And there is resurect wishing! ....



Russet is returned to us!! And goes straight to the computer. Perhaps he'll write a best selling novel about his experience being dead and resurrected. Oh wait, that's the orange gen and he's brown. Maybe he's just gonna google the best tools for digging. Yeah. That. (Yeah, it was a tie. I decided to be the tie-breaker, and I picked Russet. I like to think that Marmalade is happily reunited with her Nate in that mysterious sim after-life.)



Russet apparently lost a grade by not going to school, while Peat came home with an A+ Um, HELLO?? HE WAS MORTALLY ILL. HE WAS INCAPACITATED!! ... You'd think they'd cut him some slack. And what's with Peat getting A+ when I know he has a pile of homework in the other room??!?!?!



Oh what the heck, he's too adorable. YAY PEAT!



*pinches little pixely cheeks*



And then I sent him out to buy some new clothes, cuz apparently he didn't have any good brown outfits that weren't his brother's. (And now they're the same age, so we'd best dress them differently!) Also? He got a hair cut, which pleases me greatly XDD



And then I sent him to bondchick_nett's Venus Lubentia community lot so I could get fabulous pictures of him XD



I love the pink on his pants. And the mismatched combo. Teehee.





LOL. Somehow, I'm not surprised that he's stradling that fountian. I'm sure it's more fun that way.



Peat: So, I came up with a new quest! *lowers voice* .... IT IS THE QUEST FOR CHILI!
Clementine: That's great dear. *gets up*
Russet:I have a wierd brother!!



Russet: So, Peat, what is this "Quest for Chili"??
Peat: I'm so glad you asked! We can embark on it together! We need to gather all of the ingredients and take them to the royal chef before the banquet!
Russet: Why?
Peat: Because it's a royal banquet, duh!! And some say that this chili has magical qualities. Some ingredients are rather common, but there are two VERY rare and special ingredients. We'll need special tools for this quest.
Russet: *leans forward* What kind of special tools??
Peat: *whispers secretively*



Peat: *pauses dramatically to wipe sweat from forehead* I believe I've found it!!
Russet: *keeps looking*



... a chicken and water fountain?? Those are some mysterious ingredients indeed! (Peat also found their first treasure chest, wooH! One of these days they need to open a little shop and sell all their treasures and "quest items." Hmmm, I need to continue my quest to find or build the perfect community lot for them.)



Chestnut, sleeping instead of growing up. Who's not surprised?! *raises hand*



Yay, he's awake!



Chestnut: Oh yes! I'm so pleased to be BIGGER!

He promptly walks into the bathroom, kicks out his older cousin who's trying to fix the bathtub, just so he can go pee in the big potty. LOL! He's gonna be a lot of fun, I can already tell.

Next time with the Yarns: They get out of the house and spend some time in the great outdoors! Stay tuned :)
