1 onion, diced
pinky of ginger, microplaned
spoonful of garlic
1 lb spinach
1/2 t cumin
1/4 t tumeric
1/4 t cardamom
3 shakes of red pepper
1/2 stick butter
1/4 c full-fat greek yogurt per serving
salt to taste
Sadly, I have no chicken in the house, so this is strictly vegetarian saag.
I think a splash of milk in the yogurt would be good.
