It's too hot to run the oven

I want cheesecake anyway.


2 blocks cream cheese
about half a can sweetened condensed milk
about 1/3 bag chocolate chips
1 tiny bottle of whiskey (for reasons that do not need exploring at this juncture, I have a shitton of tiny little bottles of Canadian Club)

Beat the cream cheese in the mixer until smooth.
While that's creaming, nuke the chips and whiskey carefully until smooth and melted.
Drizzle in the sweetened condensed milk, scraping down the sides of the bowl occasionally.
Now drizzle in the chocolate mixture.
Scrape down the sides of the bowl and make sure that everything is mixed in.
Pour into a pyrex container and refrigerate, minus one small cup of moussish.
