Updates, updates!
Well, I suppose now it's me who hasn't posted for a couple of days. I'm desperately sorry, but I've been sick out of my mind.
Sunday I went snowboarding all day- I loved it, and I absolutely hated it. There's no moderate emotion about it. I'm a beginner snowboarder- know that, and also that I was with my friend Jessy the whole time who's skied since she was two & skied amazingly since she was six. Anyway, it was one extreme feeling or the other throughout the day; Amazing excitement and thrill, and pride, when I was getting it, total frustration and deflation when I was falling down constantly. Ah well, overall it was actually loads of fun, the good parts of it totally outweighed the bad. Can't wait to go up again next Monday!
Couldn't sleep at all Sunday night, I didn't even like lying down, I was completely exhausted Monday morning and very much holding on by a thread that day. My morning sucked, but my afternoon turned out pretty wonderful, so it made up for it. I had this enormous knot in my arm from snowboarding though, it was crazy big, you could almost see it.
And today! Again, I hardly slept at all last night, I kept coughing and waking myself up. Stayed home for my first two classes and just relaxed, but I went in for my last two- Chem and Socials. I need them more than French and computer graphics anyways. Also I had to e-mail our chem t-shirt designs to the guy who's making the shirts for us, and they were on my school account. That was really the reason I went to school today. :P I just found out though that the e-mail didn't go through, so something was wrong with the address I guess.
It was pouring rain in Chemainus when I came to school, I was driving but it was nearly impossible to see anything with the wind and the rain. The power kept threatening to go out, and it threatened to snow too, still is supposed to tonight, doesn't look like either one is going to happen however.
Anyways, so there's some updates on me. I'm really really missing my church family right now, as I haven't been able to see most of them for over three weeks now, and as I already said I'm completely full of cold sick. It just won't go away. So please pray for me! I love prayer!
