Yesterday I tidied one shelf of my pantry which involved throwing out a couple things that were both 1) older than dirt and 2) had gluten.

Your entry makes me feel better! My pantry gives me a headache. the contents ara organized, but everything is currently stored in cardboard boxes in the back hall. I still have to dig for stuff.

I recently took measurements for the broom closet out there. I plan to build some shelves and convert it to food storage space this week. I can't wait.

I did another shelf today and found TWO boxes of cake mix that had expired in 2001.
