OK...across the top is sliced brisket, on the bottom left are the burnt ends & on the bottom right are the ribs. I used a mix of hickory, oak & pecan. I'm quite pleased with the results. The ribs were tender, the brisket was moist & the burnt ends were crispy and tender. Not bad for my first of the season.
