So much fic goodness!!1!!1!
So today, I was gifted with not one, but two wonderful stories for yuletide.
she won't let me in there is a Nick/Cassie Push fic which is wonderful and awesome and perfectly in character. And it has a Die Hard reference to boot! (I'm sort of sad because I'm pretty sure Push won't be eligible for Yuletide next year and I love Nick/Cassie probably more than I should.)
Force of Nature is a Bill/Jo Twister fic. And, dude, the characterization is spot on. It totally nails the feel of the movie and <3
Also, the incredibly epic gelbes_gilatier wrote me two(!) fics as part of her Holiday Fic Exchange meme! (And no, I haven't forgotten about yours, chickie. They will get written. Soon-ish.)
Run Deep, Run Wild which is a story set in her awesome Not in Kansas Anymore universe. It is glorious!
In Now For the Kill is a Halo: Forward Unto Dawn story. It's post-movie and is a brilliant look at Tom Lasky and the relationship with his mom. Excellent stuff!
ETA: AND, I just got a Yuletide Treat! Do You Take This Tornado Chaser to Be Your Lawfully... is another Twister fic (Bill/Jo) that is downright awesome for the humorous look at the "which comes first? Vow renewals or a November twister?" (We know which one wins, right?)
