My little sister left for college today. She's attending Wesleyan in Connecticut. It's a very prestigious university, and I'm so proud of her.
However, I miss her terribly.
And also I ponder what I could have done, had I made the right decisions. I have felt so left out for so long, with all of my high school friends going away to college. I was a dumbass and never even applied to any.
You can say it's not too late, but I feel like maybe it is. That would bring in a whole host of other issues that I'm not nearly drunk enough to talk about [yet].
I just can't help but feel like a huge failure.
