Fun stuff going on (note the sarcasm)
So yesturday was starting to be just like every other wed. right? Then I get a call from a good friend who's at my same school. It wasn't a normal call, there was an emergency and I went right down. The emergency was...still kinda is...her mom died that night (the night of Jan 30- Jan 31st morning). Next thing I know I'm helping her pack, helping keep her from falling apart and jsut doinng what I can to be supportive. Between 1:30-2 something we're on the road with Dean Swager (DOS), Katelyn, myself, Amanda (Katelyn's roommate), and Lani (another friend) and we're headed to the airport. Katelyn was flying home to TX that afternoon. Katelyn's plane left at 5:55pm. Now she's in TX and we're all back here, supporting her with phone calls and just chatting online.
Now we're trying to see if it would be possible to make it down to Katelyn's for the funeral on Saturday to support. It'll be crazy if we do, but we'll do it if possible to support Katelyn. Right now we're just talkinng about it and trying to see if it would be possible and we're talking to parents to see what they say, so right now it's still a big possiblity. It'll be an adventure.
