Rite! Update my blog with another movie review!
Today after work, I finally able to DRAG one of my colleague to watch this!
Well, since the situation didn't let me to go home as well, the sky went so dark I almost saw it was going to be like a storm coming, so I guessed it was a perfect time to stay put for a while, inside the movie theater to watch this ^^
We bought the tix right before the movie started in five minutes ^^
Friend : My God!! It's so quiet, I didn't see any queue in front of the theater entrance!!
Me : So? It's good then, the theater is ours *grinned*
Friend : What if we're the only one who watch it??
Me : We're not the only one, you and me, two of us..
Friend : ...............
Okay, that was the short convo we had when we headed to the theater. When we walked in, the movie previews were screened and of course, we were not the only one but yeah, I could say that there were less than 25 persons inside including us XD
As soon as the movie started, my friend hid herself behind her pad (--___--")
About the movie.. Overall, it was quite interesting to watch. It was like Blairwitch Project, a footage of a team of parapsychologists examining an apartment lived by a single father with his kids, where they experienced supernatural happenings, obviously like a poltergeist. The family has a dark past with the mother which then make the daughter hates her own father.
So, the team put on their gadgets in every corner of the apartment to catch some ghostly phenomenas and in this scene, it's like the scene of Paranormal Activities was played all over again ^^
Well, the casts were OK and the story was well arranged, the ghostly appearance was fine too ^^
I was quite surprised when the spirit's form was finally captured with their device which they called a disco lamp XD
Aside of the ghost and knowing that my friend was actually SLEEPING instead of watching the movie (what the hell?? No difference with going there alone eeyy >__<), what surprised me more was...the ending LOL
I won't say anything about that, let it be unspoken until you see the ending by yourself XD
By far, I guess this movie is the shortest one I've ever watched on theater.. only 75 minutes??
I was quite happy to know that I could go home early than expected and the rain had stopped, moreover, no traffic!! *confetti
Well, from 5 stars...well I'll give it 3 ^^
Quite entertaining but I need MORE!!
Along the way out, I pointed out some horror posters like Apartment 1303 and The Exorcism : Part III.
Me : Look! *excited
Friend : What them by yourself...
Me : ................. (--___--")
Well, I guess I will XDD
Okay, till next review!
Gotta overtime tomorrow but take leave on Monday XD
