I've been having severe backpain since the fifth grade, and it only gets worse! I have injured my left hand in June which puts a damper on my work preformance, and stops me from playing guitar in my band(which cuts money since I now have no gigs), and I had a pallet of frozen meat products collapse on me further injuring my back, AND my knee. I went in for workers comp, and did all that. The pain in my hand is rated a 4 out of a 5, and the knee is a 3 out of 5, and my back is a 10 out of 5. So I believe that clarifies what I'm going through. I went through some friends and got my hands on T3 which didn't help much, Vicodin which worked ok, Perc/Endosets which did a good job, and VicoProfen worked just as good as the Percs, and then some OxyContin which took all the pain away, and all I needed was ONE 40mg dose in the morning, which lasted till bedtime. I didn't feel that it was right to keep buying off the streets, so I wanted to do it right, so I went to the doctor about my pains, and after Xrays, and what seemed to be an "honest and understanding" conversation, he sent me off with a bill, and simply stated that: "The pain was in my head", and told me to try Advil, or Aleeve. All I did was start crying and walk out. It just frusterates me!! So I guess after venting a censored version of the doctor and I what I'm asking is. . . Is the doctor a prick? Or do I just have an attitude? Or what do you think?
