i must say, i really admire anyone who can speak thoughtfully about his/her craft, communicate intelligibly the value of what s/he does or believes in, and make people think. it highlights the relevance of your contribution...and reveals your particular gift to be something that exists within your community and society, rather than outside of it in isolated angst. so inspiring!
