I was walking Giggsy just now around the edge of the gated pool area and some freaking vicious dogs like lunged out at us and were barking and snapping and scared the shit out of both of us. Some idiot has them tied up to the gates of the pool and no one came over to get control of them as I was trying to back pedal with Giggsy. There's a big ass German Shepherd and some other yappy littler dog and they are tied up but those things sound vicious and I'd hate to see if some kid ran up within arms length of them. Those who know me know I am good with dogs, but after no one came to get control of them, I went ahead and called the police. That's freaking insane to leave dogs that are that vicious to passerbys tied up in a public place like that, especially if you aren't around to watch them. And if you are around to watch them, why didn't you come and get control of them? Some people should not be dog owners.
So now I'm waiting on the police to come out and deal with them. I'll be damned if I'm going to avoid a public place in the apartment complex because some idiots can't control their dogs. Poor Giggsy, they almost gave her a heart attack. She jumped in front of me though, bless her.
