The end of the summer has been phenomenal, last sat. nite we celebrated Ziad's b-day @ Spirit, got in free for the second week in a row...It wasn't as good as the week before, and some of us were extraordinarily belligerent, but we still had a good fucking time, Finally got on the path @ 5:45 in the morning, we didn't get home till around 8...god what a good night that was...been taking random trips to Mahmouns and Gray's Papaya w/ people this week, even went down to Rutgers for Grease Trucks...don't ask....Last night was absolutley amazing though, I saw Green Day @ Giants Stadium w/ Fester, Ziad, Alana and Jen...I drank a 40 of Coors light on the ride down (no I wasn't driving), then when Fester, Alana and I got there we met up w/ Ziad and Jen and her 30 pack...lol Ziad, Me and Fester just started pounding down beers and talking to random chicks...we got 3 of em to come over and drink w/ us, but one was an angry married fat chick, so that killed things...We didn't bother seeing Against Me!, thought I would've liked to see them, oh well I'm sure I'll catch them again...we got into the stadium to catch the last 4 songs of Jimmy Eat World, they happend to be very good live...but Green Day was fucking insane...w/o a doubt the best concert I've ever seen...they just rocked for a good 2 hrs, played a bunch of songs off American Idiot, then a few more off International Superhits, just got the whole crowd into it, Giants Stadium was packed....sell out crowd, I think they said it was the largest crowd they've ever performed in front of..just wild all around, they closed out the show w/ a HUGE pyrotechnic and fireworks display, and played We are the Champions and Good Riddance...I think my favorite song of the evening was Wake Me Up, When September Ends...just a beautiful song, really was a great show...We went to Stateline after the concert...food was key...and that's about it...In other news, went out w/ a few diff. girls this week, not having any luck in that front, w/e I'm not giving up just yet...but god damn gimme a girl to work with here..the one girl I did like had some other things going on...I'm not worried, things have been getting better lately, hopefully that will continue, hanging out w/ an old friend tonite, should be good...alright back to work for me...later all...
