Small yet quick sales entry

May 19, 2010 14:33

Right now up till Fri afternoon, I'm offering free shipping for the following items listed behind the cut. Only exception is overseas, I can not offer free shipping.

I'm moving on to, let's just say, a better area and I'm using my resources to ship my goods out while I'm still around it.

Hello!

I would be interested in the Blood Mage Heero art; what would the shipping come to to reach Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada?

I would be paying via Paypal. :3

I'll have a price for ya tomorrow since I have to find a box to make flat to put the art in since the size is so big.

Thanx!

Ok, shipping would be $7 so your full total will be $47. Since you are using paypal, MAKE SURE you send it to me AS A GIFT so they won't tack on a fee.

I would be sending it in a flat makeshift box, taped all securely, and will put "do not bend" on the package. I also will put the Heero sketch in another envelope inside the package so it won't get bent up.

If you are still interested, my paypal info is: becksama@hotmail.com

If I receive your money before 4pm today, it will be sent out the same day. But I do need to receive the money before Fri afternoon.

You can send me a message to my LJ inbox or here, to give me your mailing address so I can get the package written up and ready to go.

Just let me know what you decide.

Thanx!

That will be perfect; I'm on my way to Paypal now. I'll send my mailing address in a PM to your LJ inbox (it's also the address on my Paypal account).

Do you have an estimate on shipping time? Canada Post likes to wreak havoc on my parcels, so knowing a rough arrival estimate is useful :3;;

I wish I knew how long it takes. The last time someone from Canada bought a doujinshi, it took nearly two weeks to get but they said they were used to how slow mail came to them. But they were shocked on it arriving when it did instead of later.

I'd say, rough est. 2 weeks. And I say that cause I'm sending these packages through my mail pick up at work and it seems like when I send it that way, ppl get their mail pretty quick cause I guess it goes out that same night once the courier picks it up from work.

But do keep me informed on when you receive it so I know it got there SAFELY and not beat up (which it would take a gorilla to destroy how I packaged it). Also I'll send you a link if you'd like to leave feedback for me once you get it.

Thanx again for giving the art a good home!

*grins* Oh, how well I know that experience --

Awesome :3 Two weeks does sound typical for my own experiences but I wasn't certain since this is art, not books (my usual parcels). I don't mind that kind of wait.

Tis arrived! :3 taichara June 2 2010, 16:58:54 UTC
And in perfect condition -- couldn't ask for better :D

I've had a digital version of his pic on my hard drive for a decade -- had to scour the Wayback Machine to find one after a drive crash -- and now this is patiently awaiting my trotting away to get a frame. X3

Thank you so much --!

I was just thinking about that this morning too on hoping you'd get it pretty soon. Just cause of how it was packaged, I'm never too sure on when I also need to fill out a customs form but I think that is only if it's a certain weight. I'm just glad you got it safely!!

I remember when the artist had just about all the Gundam pilots in their Mage form and had them on ebay. I recall the Zechs one and how hot that one was but it was a bit too high for the price it was going for, I'm surprised to get Heero's when I did and for a decent price.

I'm just glad that it FINALLY found a home!

If you'd like, you are more than welcome to leave feedback here: http://yankeerose69.livejournal.com/685790.html

Thanx so much again!

Yeh, I remember the art for Zechs and how very sweet it was -- I'd copies on-drive of all of them, but only scavenged Heero, Duo and Quatre after the crash and the art had been removed from the website.

Never did see them for sale, ebay or otherwise, so this was a lovely fortuitous discovery and I thank thee immensely :3

Feedback most assuredly left ~

Before I lost interest in GW to move onto different waters, I became a huge Trowa girl. And I recall how HOT the Trowa mage drawing was for him. I want to say I think he had longer hair, shoulder length. I might have to check my old discs to see if I had burnt any of those pics to them.

I'm not even sure how I came across the art for sale on ebay, I think the artist mentioned something on their website or she used to be on one of the YahooGroups I was a member of. I'm not even sure if she sold all of the pilots art or just certain ones.

Trowa did indeed have shoulder-length hair; there's a surprising resemblance between the Militant Wing design and Allelujah Haptism from Gundam 00 ~ X3
