Journal of our Canada Trip - Part I
So it's been just over a week since our return, so I guess it's time to recount the Adventures of Gary and Anthony (mostly) North of the Border.

Day 1: We flew out of Nashville to Syracuse, NY and got our rental car for the two-hour drive to Alexandria Bay, NY, in the Thousand Islands.

In the gallery, you'll see Capt. Thomson's Resort, where we stayed, and views of Boldt Castle on Heart Island from our balcony. The wedding would take place on the island the next day.
Day 2: The wedding party was shuttled from the wedding party hotel by ferry to Heart Island. You can Google "Boldt Castle" to find out about all it's history. You may even have seen a documentary on History Channel about it.

The day was perfect and we roamed the island for a while before returning on the shuttle to the dinner and reception on the mainland.
