the end of college is near...

It feels so great to have finished classes for the semester. It is bittersweet though. I just can't imagine not being at school anymore come May 13. I have spent four years of my life here at Mary Wash. I laughed, cried, played, worked, lived, ate, wrote, read, and listened... And yet I still feel that I don't want to leave. Yeah I know how that sounds. Of course I'm tired of doing school work but I'm not tired of the college life. I basically had no serious worries and I got to attend school full-time without having to worry about a job. Yeah, I did have very sad moments in my college career but overall it was not that bad. I made some really great friends, people I know that I will keep in touch for the rest of my life. Some people will be easier to forget than others.

I think this post is getting too sentimental so I will stop for now. I just want to say thank you to everyone: professors and friends who have made Mary Wash such a great experience for me. This was the only opportunity I probably would have had to go to college and I'm glad I took it. I may not have graduated the top of my class but I am going to graduate. That is more than I can say for some people out there who will never have the opportunity. And for that I am grateful.

graduation, thoughts, changes
