Since about six months ago, a few people are asking me about where to find SMAP stuff. It just occurred to me. So let me share them here.
Shin Channel SMAP:
http://z15.invisionfree.com/Channel_SMAPA forum where international SMAP fans gathers. No matter what nationality you are, you are welcomed, as long as you post in English. Established in 2007 by Megumi (nickname). In 2003, I joined the old Channel Smap, and the forum had been around for awhile when I first joined, so counting with the old CS, I'm not sure how many years is this forum's history, probably since internet was founded? haha. The owner of old CS was masako-chan (nickname), in 2007, masako said she's gonna close Channel Smap because she has other priorities in life. It happened around the time I met Megumi for the first time in Tokyo. We were on the train, when Megumi told me she didn't want to see that to happen so she decided to take over. I really admire Megumi's determination in taking over responsibility of such a big SMAP fans international community. I agree with her, we shouldn't let it die down, but I didn't have enough courage like her. I'm so glad she took over. International SMAP fandom is very lucky to have a SMAP fan like her.
SMAPxMEDIA:
http://smapxmedia.livejournal.com/A LiveJournal community runs by Megumi and other Shin Channel Smap mods. A place that provides the most complete library of SMAP songs, TV shows, movies, subtitled stuff, etc. I'm really proud of the fact that SMAP fandom have this awesome library of SMAP's media files. It has rare SMAP shows from the 1980-90s. Complete and still up-to-date. Group works and individual works, everything, you name it. Not to mention, it has the most comprehensive list of tags I ever seen, that makes it very easy for you to search a show you're looking for. Not all fandom has media community as comprehensive and up-to-date as SxM. So, I'm very grateful and so proud of all the SMAP fans who are contributing to this community, you guys are awesome!
As for subbed stuff, I don't really pursue them so I don't really know things in details, but these are communities that have subbed SMAP shows, that I know of.

http://smap-bangumi.livejournal.com/This community provides screencaps, write-ups and reports on SMAP's TV shows.
SmaNesia:
https://www.facebook.com/groups/304164436260977/Indonesian SMAP fans community. A place for Indonesian SMAP fans to gather. Non-Indonesians are, of course, welcomed, but we write all posts in Indonesian language. Before SmaNesia, it was called Smappies Gath, as a Yahoo mailing list, which started on 2003 with only 4 members, including me. We gained more members so we started gatherings and events and in September 2005 we established SmaNesia as a forum. The forum is now inactive and we are now moved to Facebook to post stuff and talk about SMAP. Doozo, come and join us!
What I'm proud about SmaNesia, is that, we're like family. Not only we gather to talk or watch SMAP, but we go for vacation together and we attend each other's weddings. And what I will never forget, is that when my father passed away, almost all of SmaNesia members I knew, about 15-20 of 'em, attend the funeral. My SmaNesia friends means a lot to me, just as much as SMAP members means to each other.
