Aw, man. This is unbelievable! One of my neighbours -- that's right, in MY block -- has Dengue Fever, and the whole family is down for the count. The NEA dudes (Is that what the environment people are called?) refused to reveal this until my next door neighbour told us this morning. And there like so few apartment units in my block.

"That still doesn't explain why my arms and legs are riddled with insect bites."
