(no subject)
Well, I bawled like crazy last night, but I feel better today especially since Sarah and I talked about Doggie Heaven. I feel somewhat comforted by this since it is certain that Spike will go there (not right now, but when it is time of course). And as of right now he still is his same Spikey-self and things are good. I'm just going to give him more love and hugs and treats, more than I already do anyway, because he's my baby and he deserves it.
I met with my HR peeps today, so at least I did something pertaining to my job. New Einstein's predicted opening date: Monday, January 10. It will be interesting to see if it happens.
Dan and I bought trees today. I have mine on my porch so it will fall a bit before I bring it in the house to decorate tomorrow. It smells so good. I'm almost done with my shopping so I'm feeling fairly accomplished where Christmas is concerned.
Saw two reception places today. One was a definite no and one was a definite possibility. I have really high hopes for one that we're going to see tomorrow. The pictures look gorgeous and the catering manager was really prompt in getting back to me so I appreciated that. We'll see. I can't wait to check it out.
