So for the most part I think the results are in on the poll, you guys sure don't make it easy. If you add the results of who could possibly go on the 22-23 we have a possible 6 people, and if you add the results of the 29-30th we have about 6 which means a tie. The good thing is that all of you can do it one of those two weekends which means the other choices are out as far as I am concerned.
I think we have 3 choices of which any I am ok with, although unless I get any complains I am going with choice #2
Choice #1 we pick the date that the most people preferred as there first choice date this would be the 29-30th which got 5 votes
Choice #2 we have a rEtreatX2 and we have it both the weekends of the 22-23rd and the 29-30th you all just come to the one you can, or you come to both if you can.
Choice #3 we do something else like for example have it somewhere else at some other time as Laura said.
As I said my vote is for #2 I get to see you all, and at least some of you get to see some other of you, but none of you are left out, its the best I can do. I love going up to the lake and I have no problem going up both weekends. My only concern is that those who have come once won't come again. I know this will likely be true for those coming from a distance. My fear with choice #3 is that no one will organize it, and choice #1 means about half of you can't make it.
So thats all I have to say about that, if you want to do it on one date and not the other than some of you need to move your votes around, otherwise im going with two rEtreats. If you want to suggest a better option, my ears and eyes are open.
