Duh duh duh....
I really try to avoid talking politics because I feel so differently about it than all my friends. But I did find yesterday quite ironic and I wanted to share!
So I had my Wilton Cake class yesterday. (yes, I signed up for course 2) SO I asked to get off about a half hour early so I could go vote. This would leave me about an hour to whip up a batch of frosting. Usually I have everything ready to go, but the lady didn't give me a syllabus when I signed up. I had to call later, only to find that I needed frosting for the first class..... anyhoo.
So I go to the elementary school and the lady tells me they're not doing any voting there, how about the senior center? So I go there and they tell me I need to go to the Events Center. Keep in mind, I only have a half hour.. So I head over there and wait in line for 15 minutes before they tell me I need to go to the middle school!!! ARG!! So I say F-it. I don't have time and I have to head home.
HOWEVER, when I get home caleb tells me that my instructor called and canceled my class!!! I haven't been that mad in a while. So I'm all pissed off and decide that I won't be going back in to town to vote...
Of course I check the news this morning to find that Virgina and Montana are the two states that will determine who gets the Senate. I just feel like crying.
Okay, I'm done ranting.
