These last few weeks I’ve been watching the “Buffy the Vampire Slayer” series.
I’ve gone from the first and I’m into the 5th season now.
There have been many episodes I’ve never seen before.
The past 2 days I’ve been training a class of 10 new recruits for E-Services in the Soft Skills area. That’s the professionalism and communicating to people on the phones.
I had a good time and I hope this leads to other areas at work.
