making breakfast at home

Day 1: Everything went well for making breakfast.
I used minimal amounts of dishes (less to clean afterwards).
It was 3 eggs (I can probably drop down to 2 for tomorrow) a quarter of a yellow pepper.
And a small amount of shredded cheddar.

I warmed the yellow pepper I used in the frying pan with about a teaspoon of garlic butter (to soften it). I then mixed in the eggs & scrambled them. I took it off the heat when fully cooked then shredded the cheddar on top. I put this on a slightly warmed tortilla & wrapped it up.

Nummy. = )

I also discovered that I prefer to grocery shop at 10pm as the place was almost empty. = ) YAY!
