Austrian report

So, here I am again. The weather in the Netherlands is crap as usual...and I so much hoped that it will be warm here. But well...

Tuesday everning I was packing my stuff for the short vacation that our company was planning to have from Wednesday everning to Sunday everning.

Wednesday.
The day went fast as usual at work. Round 16-00 we all (or better say the chosen ones, who participated in the journey) syncronically stopped our work and went downstairs to get into the busses/cars. Some of the employees stayed,  tho they saved their free days (Thursday and Friday respectively), but they also missed a great fun that we had during this vacation. In our bus there were Frosina, Saartje, Mark,  Arno, Naima, Robert and me. Mark was driving the first half of the way and Robert the other. Was pretty cool in the bus. We were playing our music, periodically switching among the i-pods. Saartje and Mark were especially pushing on happy hardcore. We made 2 or 3 stops, I believe, and arrived at our destination pretty late. Our girly "appartment" had 2 rooms, one double bad and one with 2 separate bads. Naima and I took separate ones. Sleeping was pretty comfortable.

Thursday.
The breakfast was magnificent. We were at the restourant at 8-30. I will never forget this "alpenbutter"..Oh, Heaven! Oh..Paradise....Round 10-30 we all went to the ski-shop, where everyone (except for me and Bas) rented the ski and snowboard boots and the supporting equipment. When we got to the mountain, I and Bas placed ourselves at the tables outside and played cards. I teached him how to play a famous Russian game - Дурак (a Fool). People came and went, so we always had a company and some nice talks. When Luc came for a break I showed him how to play  "Fool"  too and he catched it pretty well. We started to play and I really enjoyed it, cause Luc is the second equal opponent I got so far in Holland for this game (the first one was Guy). Naima joined us later. She didnt particularly enjoyed skiing, so she joined our card-gaming as well. So did Floris later. When I realised how heavily everyone enjoys skiing, I started to regret that I did not participate myself. But the scary stories about broken legs in 4 places prevented me from rushing into the skiing experience myself. 2 years ago Bas broke his leg during the ussual ski-vacation. So, he surely did not want to ski again.

In the everning we went out, but a huge fight between me and Hub made me go back. I am sorry for causing a trouble to Peter by bringing me back. But for a very serious reason, I just couldn't bear it anymore and wanted to get away and stay alone as soon as possible. What pissed me off at the moment is that there were too much talk about this fight. I regret I lost my control. Everything just came together at once and I did not care to stay another second there. I guess I kinda snapped. Never showing any emotion of that sort, got out of me that night. People do not know shit about the situation, so I would prefer them to mind their own business about it. Hub called me over 60 times that night. I turned out the phone. My patience is over.

Friday.
So, I decided to take my 1st ski lesson. I fell heavily on my ass quite some times. :)))) But I am still very proud of myself. I learned how to break. Hahah, had so much snow in my pants that day.

In the everning went out again. The first hour I was holding on, dancing and stuff..but was so tired that later could barely move. Once I sat for a minute - I never got up again..Damn, I was tired..The whole body of mine was in pain from the training and falling. :)))) So, in the end my mood was rather indifferent and sleepy. The rest had huge fun tho. :)

There was a big issue about the Neuschwanstein castle. I planned to go there on Saturday, but Geert said that we all go on Sunday on our way back and I can have 1 more day of skiing. I didnt mind it at the begining, although I was concerned with the fact that not everyone was willing to go there. I suggested that those who do not wish to visit the castle, should go home directly, but Geert did not like the idea of separation and he wanted "to bring a bit og cluture" into our trip as well. Well, what to say, I know how many couldn't care less for my precious castle....really, I never meant to cause all this fuzz. I even was ready to go to this castle alone.

Saturday.
So next day I did all I could to convince Geert not to push people into it. They came for skiing, so let it be this way. In the end we agreed that 2 cars (Geert, Arie, Peter, Hub, Mathijs, Bas and me) will go to the castle in the morning and will catch up with the rest later in the afternoon on the way back.

I went to bed pretty early, did not wish to go out or anything. At night Frosina came and said that Naima lost her concience and was taken to the hospital. Saartje came back round 5-30 and said that this was the result of too little eating, too much drinking, calming pills, stress and alcohol..So, for a night naima stayed at the hospital. We all were worried , ofc.  Earlier that day Arjen has damaged his leg a little, I think his foot it was..But luckily he didn't brake anything.

Sunday.
Me and Mathijs went to breakfats at the same time. Peter was there already, so we updated him with the latest events. And he said that Geert called him at 4-30 and he couldn't figure out why the hell Geert wanted him so early. Later, we found out that actually Geert mixed Peter's number with Arie's. Naturally, Geert and Arie did not go to the castle. They stayed to take care of Naima and organize the rest of the group.

Our journely to the castle in Peter's car was great. Really comfortable..and i was putting my music on..so I couldn't wish for better. It was funny too. Peter is a very funny guy and relaxed. What I also find importnat is that man should be relaxed. Do not like all those busy guys. Our ski-trainer was very calm and it was so great to follow him. Btw, the second day of skiing was quite an experience for me. After very little traiining I went down with people who traiend much longer then me..After felling down on my ass several time I wanted to stop, but there was no way back anymore..we could only go down..and it was at leats 4 km yet. So, I followed down right after the instructor. Was very funny, really :) but at least I made it down alive. Huh. So happy :) 't Was scary...

The castle itself was maginificent....from the outside. I was so much looking forward to it...We had to take a giude, and I hated it..i never take a guide in France and England when I visit castles and manors..common, for God's sake..da hell?? They only limit and upset my visit...But Germans stay Germans all the way. First fo all, everything is by the rules, we could only go where they let us..and the guide herself was HORRIBLE in English..I had to focus really hard to understand da fuck is she saying now. We did not see much..Stupid Germans.....But still I found it worth a visit. Mathijs made many secret pictures inside the castle, tho it was forbidden. :)))))) The surroundings of the castle were superb!!! Check out the pictures.

Btw, there are so many Japanese tourists...unbelievable...everything is written in Japanese...Even souvenire shops are run by Japanese in many cases, and u can buy Japanese flag as a sovenier. Peter made great comment on it: - da hell do u need to travel all over the world to buy a japanese flag in germany?? cool ineed.

When I got home, I showered and went to bed immediatelly was tired and grumpy :)))

But still the trip was good, especially trip home. Was so much laugh in the Peter's car. :)

Today I plan to play some FFXII.

Alright, that's it..dry, but full of facts, eh? :)

We catch up with the rest of our group somewhere i the afternoon...And reached ProPlanet at 22-30 or something like this.
