Gone

What's wrong with the World?

It's been raining heavily for the past few days, and everyday I'm reading about people drowning. Children drowning.

Today 3 bodies of UTAR students found after they drowned near a picnic spot.

"Three Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman undergraduates drowned after they were swept away by strong current at the Batu Berangkai waterfalls yesterday"

"The Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (Utar) student had written in his blog, www.jameskhor.blogspot.com, that he wanted “to be someone extraordinary in the near future”

Messages that flood his now abandoned blog that will never be read by James himself, how sad is it?

Last week,

"An 11-year-old girl drowned and two other pupils are still missing after the suspension bridge they were crossing gave way, causing them to plunge into Sungai Kampar"

"The bodies of both missing victims in the Kuala Dipang bridge tragedy have been found."

"He said his daughter was an active girl and had won prizes in quiz and drawing contests"

Gone in a blink of an eye. Tragedy strikes when one's not prepared.

... can anyone EVER be prepared?

Death by drowning, it must be tough. I hope their souls will rest in peace.

Stay safe everyone.
