Dear god, when was the last time I posted here?! Damn you FB for swallowing my soul! I'd been working on a book about Noodle's illness called "The Noodle Chronicles: Baby Cancer Sucks," and it absorbed most of my brain and time. Strange to see that there was a lot of shit I still hadn't processed. Very therapeutic in a "throw them in the river to teach them how to swim" way. Now I'm working on a very silly fiction novel that I haven't come up with a title for yet. The opening paragraph is:
"I was stoned as hell and shaving my armpit in the shower when I lost my balance, fell, and accidentally severed the vein in my wrist. I bled out, and that was that. An ignominious end to an uneventful life."
It's a lot of fun to write. How's life with all of you?
