b) Chocolates. I believe that the way into any person's heart is by appealing to their sweet tooth.
c) Flowers. The true way to woo someone is to send them a bouquet of fragrant flowers.
d) Card. Simplistic but sincere, it signifies your affection, and will undoubtedly make the reciever feel special. Don't forget the cheesy line.
